ENKR
  • b.stage+ strengthens K-Culture lifestyle content curation for global fans
  • Beyond traditional art fair format to become a 'hip art playground'... expansion into fan-centered lifestyle platform

SEOUL, Korea - July 8, 2025 (Tue) - b.stage+ (bstageplus.com), the global fan-to-fan platform operated by bemyfriends, a global fandom business company, has partnered with the global artist festival 'URBAN BREAK 2025' and begun ticket sales. Starting today (8th) through August 6th, second-round early bird ticket reservations are available on b.stage+.

This year's URBAN BREAK adopts the slogan 'Play with Artist,' positioning artists at the center of the festival. It will be restructured as experiential, on-site content where visitors can directly experience and interact with sensory content and creative activities that fuse various genres including street art, technology, fashion, music, dance, and F&B. In particular, approximately 300 artists from 15 countries will participate, with each exhibition booth planned in collaboration with URBAN BREAK serving as small festival spaces for audience interaction throughout the 4-day event period.

Notably, the simultaneously held TOY CON Seoul 2025, Korea's only global designer toy fair, and the AI Artist Awards presented under the philosophy "We believe in human creativity," showcase the harmony between contemporary art's experimental nature and human narrative, providing content befitting the description of "the hippest art playground." This year, around 120 global artists including 'COARSE,' 'Made It When Drunk (MIWD),' 'bokunou,' and 'ISLO' will participate to present works across various genres. 'Standard Friends,' the creative label led by Zion.T, has been selected as this year's musician for the 'K-POP Artist Collaboration TRACK Program,' and will showcase live performances and creative behind-the-scenes content together with Korea's top musicians and studio/office staff. The festival will be held at COEX Hall B in Seoul from August 7th (Thursday) to 10th (Sunday), marking its 6th edition.

In this context, b.stage+, a global fan-centered service, has joined as the official ticket booking platform for URBAN BREAK 2025, creating meaningful touchpoints for both parties. For URBAN BREAK, this partnership offers expectations for broader global user acquisition and content expansion through the global fandom platform. For b.stage+, it provides an opportunity to expand service scope to fans' everyday domains by offering content experiences that encompass fans' culture and lifestyle beyond K-POP, including art exhibitions and street culture.

An official from the URBAN BREAK organizing committee stated, "The collaboration with b.stage+ will serve as an opportunity for URBAN BREAK content to connect with more global users through the global fandom platform and expand new cultural touchpoints. We anticipate new synergies that break down the boundaries between art and fan experience."

Steve Seo, Co-CEO of bemyfriends, the operating company of b.stage+, said, "b.stage+ is a fan-centered platform that connects fans' tastes and lifestyles. We will continue to collaborate with various cultural content to expand opportunities for fans to connect more deeply. Starting with the URBAN BREAK festival, we will expand our services across all industries where fandoms exist, including art, fashion, and sports, while advancing our fan experience-centered business model."

Meanwhile, b.stage+ is designed to enable comprehensive fandom activities including real-time communication, fan voting, and commerce within a single space. It is expanding beyond K-POP into various fields such as sports, arts, and fashion, curating content based on fans' taste and behavioral data while supporting autonomous fan experiences in daily life. Through the platform, fans can purchase artist merchandise, participate in events like fan signings and birthday votes, and enjoy fandom activities in their own way. b.stage+ plans to continue expanding its service scope so fans can enjoy richer and more diverse culture in their daily lives.
